Gastski Commerical (Lincoln Property Company) is our current Commerical Property Manager.  Gatski Commerical's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Contractors are REQUIRED to coordinate all approvals, access, key sign off, appointments, invoices, payments, emergencies, and anything else association with Commercial Property Management through our current Commerical Property Manager.

Owners.  Please make sure you keep your water bill paid and up to date.  If you have NOT received your utility bill by mail to your unit, or your online login to your account, contact Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours) to avoid any shut off or late penalty fees.

If you see or have any Non-Emergency water leaks, (in your building, in your unit, outside landscaping, etc.) please use this website to report it. 

If you are having an EMERGENCY water leak, please contact Las Vegas Water District (LVVWD) first (1st), then second (2nd) use this website to report it also.

--- Any water leaks inside of a biulding or unit due to a sink, toilet, or equipment is the responsibility of the Owner. 

--- Any water leaks from the roof or landscaping is the responsibility of the Association.

The Association wants to stop all water leaks.

The Complex has two (2) Dumpster enclosure areas.  One (1) is by Building 2840 and one (1) is by Building 2860.  Within each Dumpster enclosures there is one (1) Trash Dumpster and (1) Recycle Dumpster.  Dumpster lids MUST be able to close fully, otherwise the Complex will be charged a Overloaded fee by Republic Services.  There can NOT be any trash put in the Recycle Dumpster, otherwise the Complex will be charged a Contamination fee by Republic Services.

Recycle Dumpsters.  Please put all recycle items (glass, cardboards, paper, plastic, aluminum/metal) in the Recycle Dumpster, and break down all boxes, andcut up any metal/aluminum so they fit in the Recycle Dumpster.  Recycle Dumpster lids MUST be able to close fully.  If your recycle item sticks out of the Recycle Dumpster then that Owner will be charged an Overloaded fee.  Do NOT put any Trash in the Recycle Dumpster. If you put any trash in the Recycle Dumpster then that Owner will be charded a Contamination fee.

Trash Dumpsters.  Please put all trash bags, trash items (food, poop, leaves, and anything else that is not recycleable) in the Trash Dumpster.  Trash Dumpster lids MUST be able to close fully.  If your trash bags/item sticks out of the Trash Dumpster then that Owner will be charged an Overloaded fee. 

Report Overloaded Dumpsters.  If you see that the Trash Dumpster or Recycle Dumpster is getting too full (the lid will NOT close fully) then go to this Association website and report this issue.  The Association will track this and see if another Trash Dumpster or Recycle Dumpster will be needed, depending upon whether this is a constant problem or just a one time occurance.
